After obtaining his BDS he has also done his MDS degree(2011-14) in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery from the Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences, Guntur. He has his additional degrees in Craniofacial Surgeries from the Yenepoya Dental College, Mangalore and Head & Neck Oncology from the Karnataka Cancer Institute & Research Centre, Hubli . Dr B Vamsidhar was the best outgoing student in MDS. He earned his PG diploma in Bicortical Implantology from the Jaipur Dental College, Rajasthan. As an acknowledgment of his extensive dental education and knowledge he was awarded the Dr. Sumanth Krishna Memorial medal. Dr. B Vamsidhar is undoubtedly one of the leading Maxillofacial surgeon in town.

His dental knowledge also includes proficiency in Prosthetic Rehabilitation, qualification in performing basic dental implantology to complex Zygomatic Implants & Advanced grafting procedures included in Implants procedures. He has always shown keen interest in treating various TMJ abnormalities and neuralgia. During the Covid-19 pandemic, Dr. B Vamsidhar had surgically operated the highest number of black fungus cases in North Telangana. He also has distinctive experience in operating facial surgeries including facial plastic surgery, Facial Traumatology, Facial Pathology, Wisdom teeth extraction, Implantology.
