Patient presented with history of RTA 9 Months back. He was diagnosed to have compound fracture both bones of left leg & underwent IM(intramedullary) nailing.

Now patient presented to us with non –union of tibia with implant in situ. We have operated by re-osteosynthesis with bone grafting & dual plating for distal one third of tibia with anterior approach.
